A grassroots community tackling homelessness in Yorkshire

InTouch Foundation UK was founded in 2012 in Bradford by a group of community volunteers who wanted to directly address homelessness and poverty on local streets. We are a registered, not-for-profit charity — every penny donated goes straight to the people who need it.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life: different backgrounds, faiths, and ethnicities. We believe in bringing communities together for one shared purpose — helping people in need. Since launching, we have served over 200,000 meals across Yorkshire.

Heard from our volunteers & community

Coming to InTouch every Tuesday is the highlight of my week. Seeing the gratitude on people's faces when you hand them a hot meal — that's something no words can describe.

Sarah M.
Regular Volunteer, Bradford

I started as a guest volunteer and fell in love with the community here. InTouch brought together people from every background — we cook, serve and laugh together. It's family.

Omar K.
Volunteer & Session Lead

We sponsored a session for our company team day. It was more impactful than any team-building exercise we've done. Our team left feeling proud and motivated.
